AMEND AN ORDER
If for any reason you need to amend a shipping address, product size or changing to a different product then we advise you to contact us immediately. There is no fee for amending an existing order and we can assist in amending any orders so long as it has not been sent. We advise if you intend on amending an order to contact us at our email: service@vivaathletic.com within 24 hours after your purchase to request an amendment. There is no additional costs for amending an order unless you are amending your order for a product of greater value.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please be advised that cancelling your order 24 hours after your purchase will incur a US$10 restocking fee per piece of merchandise as your order may have already been processed, packaged and or collected by our couriers. Any shipping charges are also non refundable. The restocking fee and shipping charge is deducted from your total refund amount.
We advise customers to contact us immediately or within 24 hours after their purchase if they wish to cancel an order without incurring any fees. At our discretion we can possibly waiver the shipping fee if we have yet to pay the postage for your order.
We cannot cancel an order after is has been sent and is in transit to you.
